Please find attached a response received today from Range to our letter of 29 December. We also show the freeform text of the emails below.
We are pleased that the new Board of Directors is engaging so proactively and ask that members await the answers being published on the Range website on the 16 January before putting forward questions for RIG to ask David Chen and Yan Liu at our introductory meeting on 23 January.
Thanks again for the ongoing support and welcome to new members. Our membership has grown rapidly over the past few days - anyone else wishing to join RIG please do so via rangeinvestorgroup@gmail.com

Dear Range Investor Group
We thank you for your kind response dated 29 December 2014. We fully appreciate your comments and sincerely hope we can establish a constructive relationship with you for the benefit of all private shareholders.
Referring to our letter dated 24 December 2014, we would like to follow up on the initiatives that we proposed to you:
Meeting with Range and RIG Representatives. David Chen and Yan Liu will be in London at the end of January and would like to propose a meeting at 9.30am on Friday, 23 January to be held at Range’s office, 38 Jermyn St, London, SW1Y 6DN. Please advise if that time is convenient for yourselves.
Please note, we propose an informal introductory meeting to ‘meet and greet’, with a view of establishing a channel of ongoing communications with your representatives.
Investor Q&A sessions. We have received a list of questions included in your letter of 29 December 2014. For the benefit of all shareholders, and to also address questions we receive from non-RIG members, we propose to publish our response to these questions on the Company’s website (under ‘Investor Q&A’ tab) on Friday, 16 January ahead of our meeting and discuss the Q&A with you at our meeting if any of the answers are unclear. That way we can ensure that all shareholders receive the same information simultaneously.
Any additional questions that your members may have, we will be answering at the upcoming monthly Q&A sessions. We can discuss the timing and logistics of the ongoing Q&A during our meeting.
Regular Operational Updates. As previously highlighted, we are looking to adopt more regular Trinidad updates on developments, exploration and most importantly waterflood programmes (on a monthly basis). Yan Liu is currently visiting our operations in Trinidad. Therefore, we believe we will be best positioned to provide the next operational update following his trip, towards the end of January.
We look forward to your kind reply.
Kind Regards,
Eva

Dear Eva,
Many thanks for the prompt reply. We are very encouraged that the new Board of Directors share RIG's aspiration for the development of open and positive communication. In response to your proposed initiatives:
- We would like to confirm that we will be able to attend the introductory meeting with David Chen and Yan Liu on 23 January and will advise you of which RIG Representatives will be in attendance shortly.
- We are pleased that you are committing to respond on 16 January to the questions raised in our letter and agree that the best mechanism is for these to be published to all on the Range Resources website. We will canvass our members for any subsequent concerns or queries, and raise these at our meeting with Messers Chen and Liu.
- We are delighted with your further commitment to monthly reporting of operations and production and would welcome further discussion regarding the standardised format.
It is encouraging that Mr Liu is already reviewing operations in Trinidad. We look forward to discussing developments and plans with him on 23 January.
Best regards,
The RIG Representatives
